Ep 25 - A Job for Richard

Hyacinth's attempts to keep Richard occupied lead to her finding him a potential executive job at Frosticle's frozen foods. To impress the manager of the company she has come up with a plot involving Onslow and golf. Meanwhile Hyacinth's father has become a naturist.

Ep 26 - Country Retreat

The Buckets search for a little country retreat, but Hyacinth wants something large and impressive. They find an old farmer with a speech impediment and his unfriendly wife. While checking out property Richard gets stuck in an attic and Hyacinth is chased by some livestock.

Ep 27 - A Celebrity for the Barbecue

Hyacinth decides to host an elaborate indoors-outdoors barbecue. To compete with the Barker-Finches, she is determined to get a local celebrity to attend. Meanwhile, Rose gives Daisy a makeover.

Ep 28 - The Commodore

Hyacinth volunteers to collect a guest speaker Commodore from a railway station. After Richard's car gets clamped the man is finally found, but Hyacinth then becomes the target of the Commodore's affections.

Ep 29 - Looking at Properties

While Hyacinth browses country properties, Richard has to pick up Daddy who has caused a disturbance in town. When Richard sees what Hyacinth has picked, he panics.

Ep 30 - Please Mind your Head

Hyacinth and Richard spend some time in their very small apartment in the countryside. Hyacinth invites Elizabeth and Emmet for lunch and she somehow ends up on a runaway horse. other highlights include Emmet getting his head stuck in the ceiling as Hyacinth's other guests arrive.

Ep 31 - Let there be Light


Airdate: 17 October 1993

It is the bring and buy sale at the Church hall. Hyacinth has volunteered Richard to fix the Church hall electrics, but he has a decided lack of electrical capabilities. Meanwhile, Onslow, Daisy, and Rose turn up with Daddy, who believes he is back in the war. When Richard's repair efforts end in disaster, Daddy takes over.

Ep 32 - Sea Fever


Airdate: 26 December 1993

Hyacinth and Richard prepare for their luxury stay on the QE2. They have a disastrous start to their holiday and manage to miss boarding the ship. They finally board the ship by flying to meet it at Copenhagen, Denmark. Once aboard the ship, Hyacinth has reason to believe Onslow and Daisy are also on the luxury liner - as stowaways.

Ep 33 - Angel Gabriel Blue


Airdate: 25 December 1994

Hyacinth is in search of her dream kitchen while Richard suffers with athlete's foot. Hyacinth doesn't approve of the lower class disease and insists they call it gout, a disease supposedly caused by "an excess of good living". Meanwhile, Daddy has gone missing again and there is a stranger in his bed.
